In July of 2010 I walked into our local health food store hoping to purchase some apple cider vinegar with 'Mother' in it.Yes, 'Mother'! A friend on Fb had posted a great informational article on its health benefits. Here is the website.The sweet young sales girl smiled and informed me that they had it and that in fact, two other women were also buying the same thing in hopes of improving their health and losing weight with it.I was very encouraged upon hearing that, for I felt then that I was on the right track with something that was finally going to work for me...
But its what happened next that actually changed my life.As I was preparing to pay for my vinegar the sales girl asked me if I had ever heard of an Herb called Ganoderma. Lol! I thought to myself,"Gano WHAT?!" She was used to the blank looks of people who had never heard of this AMAZING King of Herbs despite the fact that anyone can Google Ganoderma and find out about the seemingly miraculous health benefits that it affords the Human Body.
I listened politely to what I thought at the time was her 'sales pitch' but the more I listened the more intrigued I became. Finally, the 'sales pitch' came to an end with her offer for me to take a sample home and try it. She asked me if she could have my number so she could call me in a couple of days to see how I liked it. I agreed, took my sample and left for home.
Once at home, I decided I would go ahead and give this Gano stuff a try.This particular sample of Ganoderma was in the form of Black Coffee with Ganoderma formulated into it. I heated a cup of water and stirred in the coffee. As I experienced its rich flavor I began to notice a certain unmistakable improvement in the clarity of my thoughts.Wow, that was fast, I thought. I had been depressed about my weight for quite some time and I must say that the noticeable improvement in my mood was un unexpected surprise!

When Change Is Necessary
Howdy Yall,
Some of you have noticed that I've not been on Facebook as much lately as I had been. Now I am ready to share from my blog (which is my new baby I am growing!) what has been going on with my life for the past few months.
Interacting on Facebook with all of you has literally become a passion for me. The relationships I have enjoyed with each of you, and some of you to great depths, has been something that you can't put a pricetag on. And speaking of 'pricetags'...One day one of my Fb friends asked me if Facebook paid me because I was on it so much! Well, we laughed about it but the truth is I was beginning to feel guilty about how much time I spent on Fb while my husband worked hard to make ends meet and I wasn't contributing in any way to our family finances.Also, I had gained some extra unwanted weight that I had grown very tired of accomodating! Together, it all led to a depressed state that I was tired of being a part of my everyday existence.ALL of it had to change.
It was hard but one night I made a decision. It was to not go on Facebook for a while and you'd be proud of me because I did it 'cold turkey'! I am very proud of myself considering how addicting fellowshipping with all of you is! Instead, for a while, I was to pray and seek to find a way that I could make income online. Yes, I have an entrepreneurial spirit and I very much enjoy Network Marketing as well, but at the present time I wasn't involved with any company and I certainly did not know what opportunity was available at the time.That one small decision to redirect my focus has changed my life...forever.
While sitting at my computer I was mulling over our financial state and simply asked this question. "God, what are our finances saying to us?" Now you may laugh at first or think this question strange but let me put it like this and then you'll understand. When you walk into your living room after all the neighborhood kids have been hanging out there for hours and things are strewn everywhere, your living room would be 'saying' "I need you to clean me up!" That's what I meant when I asked, "What are our finances saying to us?!"
Soon I had an amount in my mind as to how much I would need in a few months time to take care of some financial obligations in a timely manner. Since I was sitting at the computer I simply googled, How To Make XXX amount of $ Fast! Sounds corny I know and I was the one doing it! But as a Christian, what I was doing fell under the heading of 'seeking' and little did I know how much I was going to 'find' after I hit the search button.
The first thing that my search revealed was a youtube video of a woman being interviewed whom I had never heard of before. Her name is Dani Johnson, and from the moment I heard her speak she had me hanging onto every word she spoke.She was confident, yet humble. She was pretty but didn't draw attention to herself. I was very intrigued by her and the financial solutions she had for anyone who was willing to receive and implement the help through her training that she offered.My next step was to pay a visit to her website.
After arriving at Dani's website and reading some of her content you may as well say I just pitched my tent and camped there for the next several weeks! Dani has a good way of telling you what you know you need to hear and then making you feel uncomfortable, in a good way, with not doing anything about it. I've heard it said that everybody needs at least one person in their life who is NOT impressed with them. Well, listen to Dani's definition of an excuse...A Well Planned Lie! I was sure that if Dani knew me in person she wouldn't put up with my 'excuses'! And its because she wants you to truly understand just how capable you really are.
The more she talked the more I realized she had my number. Even while I was listening I was surprised as I kept reheasring the excuses that I had 'developed' over the years for slowly becoming less and less productive. WoW! It felt like she could see me right through my computer!
As I kept listening to Dani I became convinced that I needed to change and that I could develop a new mindset and the skills sets necessary in order to experience the blessings of success in every area I was meant to enjoy in my life. I began to believe her when she said that I was worth whatever investment I made in myself to develop the new skill sets I needed that would equip me for a better life. Who couldn't learn a few things from a Multimillionaire, right? A committed Christian Millionaire at that! With Bert's blessing I placed my first order.After realizing how badly I needed help to change waiting for her training to arrive was hard but I must say, WORTH IT!
Since I had ordered several different trainings covering necessary areas of my life I was just like a kid at Christmas time when my box of Dani's insightful trainings arrived. What did I want to improve upon first?! Well, since our finances were the most pressing I began with her training called War On Debt.This is an amazingly simple system that anyone can implement and see results fast enough to encourage you quickly. The fastest way I know to get back into our designated places of Blessing is to...
#1 Get alone with God and start asking Him some good solid questions about each area you are needing help with.We have not because we ask not. This means we struggle needlessly many times simply because we don't come straight to Him for His perfectly accurate and timely help so don't miss His divine help simply because you did not ask for it! This is the only reason we don't have what we need many times according to Him because He knows exactly what we need when we need it. :) Remember, He is Above All. He wants to impart His wisdom to you concerning any area that you seem to be experiencing failure in. He has planned for His very successful Life of Victory to be your very experience in every situation! He never makes a mis-take...He doesn't even 'know how' to fail! I hope these unfailing attributes of our Heavenly Father are sinking in and encouraging You! Our Victory is a 'Family Thing'!
#2 The second thing is to plug into people who are NOT currently struggling in the same areas you are. In other words,after you've prayed and sought Him for your answers, let God show you people who've 'Got It Goin' On' in the areas you need improvement and pay attention because many times the 'next thing' you see is 'who' you need to be plugged into so He accurately leads you TO THEM so you can draw what you need from the insight of their current relationship with Him, be it physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial...whatever! Become good at 'connecting the dots' or in other words seeing the absolute undeniable answer of God to the prayer you just prayed!
Then, for your own sake,once you are in the presence of your answer, shorten your learning curve by QUICKLY humbling yourself and submit to the insight revealed and realize that NOW you are WELL ON YOUR WAY out of your wilderness and into YOUR PROMISED LAND where YOUR REAL TRUE LIFE IS WAITING FOR YOU!
ೋ~Remember, God always uses a person who is yielded to Him to lead other people...The Children of Israel were led by Moses all the way up to The Promosed Land, and eventually Joshua and Caleb led them on in. No one crossed over, not even set one toe in, all by himself just because 'they' decided to. Even though this position of spiritual leader has been greatly misused and abused, through complete ignorance on the part of the abuser, God's plan for the followship of respected and trusted Godly leadership will never change. Those of us who have experienced abusive leadership (more on this later) have eventually been helped greatly and, as in my case, completely restored by none other than healthy leadership after all. Don't ever lose sight of your own personal 'brains' (your Mind of Christ that you possess) and your own personal relationship with our Lord and His ability to communicate specifically and uniquely to you...But just know that 'Body Life' is what we are talking about here. There are leaders undeniably placed in our lives even if it some here on Facebook (Gracebook) that God has, by His Grace, led you to learn from in order to 'get you on over' to The Promised Land that He has planned for You! Honor and respect them privately in your own hearts and minds, as well as publicly, and you will go where they go!
And also, always remember this...Become and remain aware of who God wants to lead to sure and certain Victories through YOU! Some want to be where YOU ARE and are counting on YOU to help them get there. So don't let them down!

I would very much LOVE your help and support and even sharing your own article contributions as I bring to the world the wonderful things God is doing through each of us! I treasure each and every one of you and each one of you were accepted as a friend by me as a conscious decision on my part. My heart is for us to mutually share in the Riches of our Inheritance as the Highly Favored Children of God. When we are experiencing a notable deficit in our lives that is our indicator that we're not plugged in somehow to God's flow of divine provision in that area.
The fastest way I know to get back into our designated places of Blessing is to...
#1 Get alone with God and start asking Him some good solid questions about each area you are needing help with.We have not because we ask not. This means we struggle needlessly many times simply because we don't come straight to Him for His perfectly accurate and timely help so don't miss His divine help simply because you did not ask for it! This is the only reason we don't have what we need many times according to Him because He knows exactly what we need when we need it. :) Remember, He is Above All. He wants to impart His wisdom to you concerning any area that you seem to be experiencing failure in. He has planned for His very successful Life of Victory to be your very experience in every situation! He never makes a mis-take...He doesn't even 'know how' to fail! I hope these unfailing attributes of our Heavenly Father are sinking in and encouraging You! Our Victory is a 'Family Thing'!
#2 The second thing is to plug into people who are NOT currently struggling in the same areas you are. In other words,after you've prayed and sought Him for your answers, let God show you people who've 'Got It Goin' On' in the areas you need improvement and pay attention because many times the 'next thing' you see is 'who' you need to be plugged into so He accurately leads you TO THEM so you can draw what you need from the insight of their current relationship with Him, be it physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial...whatever! Become good at 'connecting the dots' or in other words seeing the absolute undeniable answer of God to the prayer you just prayed!
Then, for your own sake,once you are in the presence of your answer, shorten your learning curve by QUICKLY humbling yourself and submit to the insight revealed and realize that NOW you are WELL ON YOUR WAY out of your wilderness and into YOUR PROMISED LAND where YOUR REAL TRUE LIFE IS WAITING FOR YOU!
ೋ~Remember, God always uses a person who is yielded to Him to lead other people...The Children of Israel were led by Moses all the way up to The Promosed Land, and eventually Joshua and Caleb led them on in. No one crossed over, not even set one toe in, all by himself just because 'they' decided to. Even though this position of spiritual leader has been greatly misused and abused, through complete ignorance on the part of the abuser, God's plan for the followship of respected and trusted Godly leadership will never change. Those of us who have experienced abusive leadership (more on this later) have eventually been helped greatly and, as in my case, completely restored by none other than healthy leadership after all. Don't ever lose sight of your own personal 'brains' (your Mind of Christ that you possess) and your own personal relationship with our Lord and His ability to communicate specifically and uniquely to you...But just know that 'Body Life' is what we are talking about here. There are leaders undeniably placed in our lives even if it some here on Facebook (Gracebook) that God has, by His Grace, led you to learn from in order to 'get you on over' to The Promised Land that He has planned for You! Honor and respect them privately in your own hearts and minds, as well as publicly, and you will go where they go!
And also, always remember this...Become and remain aware of who God wants to lead to sure and certain Victories through YOU! Some want to be where YOU ARE and are counting on YOU to help them get there. So don't let them down!

The Goldenness of Silence
If I want to hear from God I must be quiet enough to hear what He is saying to me. Whatever He says is for my benefit; so think about it...being quiet so I can hear His voice of love is worth every moment of silence in order to hear perfect instruction from the Lord.
When I've experienced a 'string of mis-takes' I can always look back and see how little I was listening to God. He's the One Who gets it right every time.God is FOR us! If there is something He wants us to be settled about its that He loves us. In fact, everything in His heart is for us to thrive and succeed.
Maybe, like me, you are just now turning back around to God after trying to do some things the way you thought you should. But finally there was enough evidence of defeat and discouragement in your life to help you figure out your need of 'God Only' words of instruction. If you want some encouragement I want to remind you that God is not angry with you right now. Your own consequences were your best teachers and have been what has helped you see that you were doing things your way.
Thank God for the 'check' system He has put in place in our hearts. Our lack of notable Peace is our indicator that something is wrong. If this is what you are experiencing, be thankful. Start this day with an intentional silence and begin to look for the signposts God has in place to guide you back into His Way of Peace and Blessing. He is on call 24/7 for any of us who will simply take Him at His Life-giving words...But first we must hear Him speaking them to us!
Here is something to inspire you to call upon Him and hear His words of love and encouragement to You!

This day in my Eternity...
This day in my Eternity I brought a BBQ sandwich to my son at his school. It was good to see him in the middle of the day. The next thing I did I can't tell you! Its a secret! The next thing I did was visit a friend who works at my very favorite furniture store. McClure's Furniture is well known in East Texas for their fine Traditional and Rustic furniture as well as their wonderful customer service. They've recently moved their store and their selections of Rustic decor is awesome! I'm glad I stopped by because I got some great ideas to redo my bedroom. I also met the man who is doing a wonderful job of laying their new flooring.Why am I telling you about these seemingly ordinary things in my day? Keep reading...
These experiences were answers to prayers I had prayed just last week! For quite a while we have been pondering what to do with our bedroom and bathroom. Bert & I have the same taste but our ideas just weren't coming together. We don't push when that happens.We just wait and ask God to reveal what He is up to FOR us! He's ALWAYS got something wonderful up His sleeve. So one day last week I got serious with God and asked for specific help in our decision making with it all. Today, when I walked into that store...can I say...what I saw was P-E-R-F-E-C-T! The rustic way they had decorated their new showroom was a perfect blend of mine and Bert's ideas. Meeting and talking with the 'floor guy' was an absolute blessing. I got a business card from him confidently knowing I had made the right connection. How easy it was for God to put everything together for me!
When I decided to follow Christ, He assured me that He had His wonderful plans for my life already worked out. He said His plans were to prosper me and not to harm me, plans for good and not for evil, plans to give me a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11) Well, He guided me straight into His wonderful plans today and I came out of that store just a smilin'! And ya know what? God was smiling at me as He watched me walk all the way to my car! I LOVE my Heavenly Dad. He never makes a mis-take when it comes to my life. Just try to imagine God failing at something...Nope. Not happening! I have gotten confused many times...but He has remained steady, confident and true to every word that He has spoken to me every single moment of my life.

The Benefits and Beauty of Transparency
No matter who we are, our lives here on Earth are a Journey. Those of us who have met Christ along our way and decided to let ourselves be joined to Him and follow Him in His Way have all experienced things, both good and 'bad' that we never would have dreamed we'd experience on the other side of our decision to follow Him. Its my desire in this blog to be honest and transparent about my experiences of my own personal Journey since I recieved Christ and accepted His rich, deep and abiding personal Love for me. As per His call, I have joined Him in His mission to Love every one of His Beloved Creation. No matter what has ever happened, and no matter how disillusioned I have ever become in the wake of my decision...one thing has proven to remain true...no matter what I experience in my Journey with Christ...its all worth it to be joined with Him.
As God calls us to go out as His ambassadors of His Life saving Gospel, we would find that if we take the message of His Grace to a little known tribe in a remote region of Africa we will certainly meet with a different mindset that will need to be lovingly confronted for the sake of their souls. It is equally important for us as individuals, to remember that everyone we come into contact with in our own daily lives here in America have not heard the exact same things we have personally heard in our lifetimes. Our experiences are not all exactly alike.Throw in different personalities, giftings, strengths and weaknesses and our differences can seem staggering.
I am not trying to make us feel as if we are all so different that we never could seem to connect at a heart level or be able to see eye to eye. Quite the contrary! Its very important to understand that one of the best ways to promote our commonness is to highlight our differences. God is brilliant in that He created a human body out of many different parts so that each one does something very different for us. Yet, for all of our very own differing body parts they make up one person...us! So having differing conclusions about life is, if you think about it, one thing that we all have in common. Our individual contribution of real Life-giving Truth to one another will come only as we truly learn it. And when do we really learn something? Want the answer? When we learn it! Until then, guess what? At best, its a journey 'to it', which, for many of us, resembles a maze, complete with many experiences we could put under the heading of...'Well, THAT certainly wasn't 'The Way'...along the way! There are many stops and starts,twists and turns, dead ends and road blocks and I'm thankful to say, in alot of cases, ' right of ways' when it comes to sorting out all that we experience on our Journey with Christ.
Differing mindsets are not to be a surprising aspect of our daily lives as human beings, much less, as Christians. In fact, we would be better off and more mentally, emotionally , physically and spiritually stable if we would learn how to accept and incorporate that fact into our own mindset as part of what we are going to be dealing with every single day of our lives.When you take a Gospel that rightfully claims that It is the One and Only Way to have Eternal Life, that automatically creates a huge margin for error. Have you ever thought about that? Its One to__________. You see if you can fill in the blank! You'll be a basketcase if you're going to try and figure out every other 'gospel'. All else that purports itself to be 'the way' can, and has, for many of us, 'muddied the water' on any given day making it hard for us to tell what is and is not The Truth. Keeping abreast of the fact that we are all still learning will go a long way in helping us to be patient with ourselves and with ohers in this process.
I am looking forward to spending many more days with you sharing The Truth as well as the ponderings of my own faith. I admit that in every single aspect of my Journey I have had to first crawl and then walk. As an encouragement, I am happy to report that, in more instances than not, I am now STANDING in my Faith. Its as natural as breathing for the body to edify its other parts, so in that way, I am sharing how our Father has helped me to understand my faith through the years complete with many of my mis-takes that precluded my victories. This I will do with as much transparency as possible in order to strengthen myself and inspire you in your own Journey of faith with Christ.
